Payment Policy:
We only accept payment through PayPal and immediate payment is required for purchase of all of our products.

Shipping / Order Processing Policy:
All orders received before our 11:00am PST cut off time will be processed, picked, packed, and shipped during our normal business hours of M-F 9:00am-5:30pm. We ship all our order expedited at no additional cost to you because we know how important it is to have the right tool and hardware to get the job done.

Return / Exchange Policy:

• All returns accepted in as new and shipped condition with all assortment pieces intact.
  
• Please contact us within 14 Days after receiving your item.
• Refund given as Money back or replacement (your choice).
  
• Return shipping will be paid by yourself unless return/exchange is due to our error.
• No restocking fee will be charged.
