RETURN POLICY 

Return Fee: If an item is in ORIGINAL condition, free shipping will apply.

Any return that shows sign of use,wear, tear, scuffs, marks, smells, improper packing or other issues will be subject to a 10% to 50% restocking fee. 
Any return with DAMAGES will be subject to a rejection

Due to increased # of careless returns all size relate returns will have a 20% restocking fee. Check your size and do some research. Do not ask for sizes we have not listed. Do not buy a size then ask for a size have.
(More than 80% of people buy a size they didn't want and then later return asking for the size they really wanted. DO NOT DO THAT)

This JUDGEMENT will be made at OUR discretion and is NOT up for debate.  We will charge what we need to cover damages. 

READ**FALSE CLAIMS***READ
Any False claims or attempts to circumvent policy will be met with severe consequences. If you want to claim an item is NOT authentic. Take it to an authentication website(Your friend who knows shoes is NOT an authority) Get us the certification. If it's fake we will pay for the cost of certification, shipping and the shoe. Otherwise, do not bother with scamming us.

 HOW TO RETURN

To return an item for a refund or replacement:

(READ CAREFULLY) 


1.    Find the item in My under Purchase History and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu.

 

2.    Provide photos of the item to verify the condition of the item you bought and received. Upload photo’s of the box, the soles of the shoes and the tags at minimum. 

3.    Pack the item carefully in a SOLID BOX. Include the packing slip, apply the shipping label, and send the item back to the seller. You must return the item within 5 business days of requesting the return. 

4.    DO NOT under any condition mark, sticker, or augment the item package or casing in ANYWAY. Cover the item then apply any markings or stickers.

 

5.    If an-generated shipping label is used, you can track the status of the returned item in the Purchase history section of My. Find the returned item and click View return details from the More actions drop-down menu.

 

6.    As long as items are return in un-used/ original condition. The seller will refund you within 6 business days of receiving the returned item. If you're requesting a replacement item, the seller ships it to you within 5 business days of the date you request a return.

 

7.    Any VIOLATION OF THESE RULES WILL RESULT in anywhere between 10% to 100% restocking fees.

If you already bought an item; cancel and re-buy the item with the correct address. 

Additional charges WILL be applied for redirecting or having to reacquire the item after shipping. 

If charges are not paid we will HOLD the item until paid.

Q) But I had a pair of "BRAND HERE" before how come these don't fit the same?
A) Not all shoes from the same brand run the same. Brand have slightly different fits across shoes and style.


Q) How do I know they are real?
A) You DON'T otherwise you wouldn't be asking. If you knew how to spot fake you would never need to ask. Just because you owned one before does not make you an expert. If you so unsure about the authenticity of items just go buy retail. Please do not waste our time with claims of fakes based on feelings. 


Q) Can I get a better price?
A) Usually, we are the lowest price on everything. We will not accept trades. Use common sense when asking for price.


Q) I wore the item out once can i return it?
A) No, all items are nonrefundable or returnable after first use.


Q) I threw away the box can I just return the shoes?
A) No, items that are not in the original condition or packaging are nonrefundable or returnable.


Q) But they don't look or feel like the quality I think the brand should be.
A) Take it to an authentication website. Get us the certification. If it's fake we will pay for the cost of certification, shipping and the shoe. 


Q) But they don't look like the once I saw in the store.
A) Lot of people make the mistake of looking at the Men's version and comparing it to the kid's or women's version. There usually are small differences. If you have read to the end thank you let us know by adding smart people in the buyer comments. We will see this and take extra care of you. For Example, Kid's and Men's Jordan will have slightly different looks and will use slightly different materials.
