Colafit extra strong is a food supplement containing pure crystalline type I collagen. Of all Colafit variants, Colafit extra strong contains the highest daily dose of type I collagen (20 mg per cube).

Dosage and method of use
Soft cubes can be taken without drinking, ideally in the morning on an empty stomach, 10 minutes before a meal. The recommended dose is 1 cube per day.
Ingredients
Each cube contains 20 mg of pure crystalline type I collagen - equivalent to 2000 mg of collagen gel.
