The design is called "Nautical" & it is a Royal Blue & White Gingham print in a seersucker type of fabric. This is a Skort & has White Shorts inside it. The shorts are 100% cotton & are shorter than the skirt. It looks like a skirt all the way around. The shorts are attached at the waistband but are separate from the skirt that is outside it. It has very large pockets on both sides in the front.
