Santa & Mrs. Claus Pillows This is a Hazel Pearson Handicrafts pattern copyright 1979.  Pattern is printed on regular bond paper and looks like some has been reproduced in sections and taped together to make the whole piece.  The pattern piece for the pillow back and front is 12-3/4" diameter so the pillow size would be based on that.  These look like they would make a pair of super cute Christmas pillows.  Good condition as shown in photos.
