Pattern itself has never been cut. Envelope has been replaced with color printout,as it got lost along the way. Out of print since 1985. The theme is "Partridge in a Pear Tree".  Pattern includes stuffed small partridge, and stuffed pears. Comes in a plastic zip type bag.
