Spare / Replacement Quick Release Plate for the Vivitar VPT-2457 tripod. VPT2457

Important NOTE: Vivitar has THREE DIFFERENT VPT2457 tripods (yeah, it's crazy but that's the way it is).
This is for the 2nd Generation version only.
The way to tell is by measuring the receptacle (where the plate is inserted into). This one must measure 38mm wide in the opening.

If your VPT-2457 measures larger than this (approximately 43mm or 1 3/4 inches), then you have a Vivitar VPT-2457 3d Generation.

If your receptacle width measures smaller than 38mm wide (approx. 35mm wide), you have a 1st generation. Please contact us as we are working on a replacement plate for this.
