shown in photos is actual game and everything that is included it is quite old and has been in closet for many years the scrabble guide book is included as shown in pictures 5-6 are tile holders I did notice that one has pen markings on it shown in photo 6 also shown in 4 someone turned an R into B and someone wrote on one of the blank tiles, the tiles are about 3/4" in size and there is 192 tiles, storage box is a little distressed just from being stored and bumped around over the years so please see all 12 actual photos I have postedÂ
