· Presently we only ship product within the continental United States.
· Description of Items:
o We make every effort to photograph and describe each item accurately. Photos may not be scaled to size properly. Please note the written size of the item for more precise measurements.
o We only use PayPal for all payments at this time. Payment is required within 4 hours of purchasing an item.
o We make every effort to ship your purchase within 1 business day. (Business Days are defined as Monday through Friday.) We are a small shop. Exceptions to this rule is if the listing notes a longer handling time. There are a few listings that require a longer handling time and we fully describe that in the listing.
o Items purchased prior to 4 a.m. CST in most cases will ship the day or purchase. Anything purchased after 4 a.m. CST will ship the next business day at the latest.
o Combined Shipping: Feel free to purchase multiple items from our store. Once you have paid for all items we prepare them to ship. We’ll compare actual shipping costs to the total shipping cost you paid. If actual is less we will promptly refund you the difference. (paid less actual) We aren’t in the business to profit off of freight and this is the most accurate way to handle this.
o We ship the most economical way. In most cases the item will ship USPS first class or priority mail. Items weighing over 4 pounds might ship UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground.
o Transit time will range from 2 to 7 days from the time the item is dropped off at the shipper’s facility. Please note: The Estimated Delivery Dates on our listings are something that adds. We have no control over this part of our listing. We can not guarantee to deliver by a date that chooses to add to our listings. What we will promise is to meet the handling time in each listing and drop it off to the shipper within that time. Once it is in the shipper’s hands timeframes are based on their published guidelines.
o We do accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Buyer pays to ship the item back. Returned Item must be packaged as originally shipped with no damage. The outside of carton must be taped securely shut. Delivery Confirmation is a must. We refund the amount of the product. We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
o If the item was listed with free shipping we will also deduct the original cost to ship it to you from the refunded amount.
o Refunds will be issued within 3 business days after receipt of returned merchandise. Please note: If funds for the original payment have not cleared PayPal and are still pending the issue of a refund will be delayed until funds have cleared.
· DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
o If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping we require that you contact use within 48 hours of receiving of the item. Please take pictures of packing and save it. Also please take pictures of the damaged item. Contact us and attach all pictures. We resolve damaged issues promptly and there are times we can resolve this issue without waiting for your return of the item.
o We try to answer all communication within 48 hours during normal business days. Please be patient. We are a small shop and don’t work 24/7. We do value you as a customer and will respond as soon as we possibly can.
o Constructive Feedback is always welcome.
o Suggestions of new products to carry are also welcome.
