Offered here is this wonderful Early 20th Century Silver Plate Butter Spreader Knife. This knife is hallmarked, Wallingford Co. The knife is probably silver plate over brass. It is in very good condition, but does have some light tarnishing and surface scratches on it that are typical of use. I am unsure of the exact name of the pattern, but the knife dates to the late 1920's. It is 5.5" long, and .75" across the knife. It is a very nice antique silver plate Wallingford Co. Butter Spreader Knife and would be a nice addition to any antique silver plate collection.
