This is a solid genuine natural banded Onyx rolling pin hand carved and crafted by Pakistani artisans. The colors are truly beautiful with it's translucent and crystalline structures.

I've had this rolling pin since 1982, it was gifted to me when I married my late husband. I'm not positive but I think it was crafted at that time. The wood handles could be replaced.. at least I would if I were purchasing this. The photo doesn't show them well but they are rough and have some knicks in them.

The overall approximate measurement is 18" (including the wooden handles) The pin itself is approximately 10" long X 2.5" wide. Circumference is approximately 8".
