So cute! This is a typical, early kitchen novelty item made from hard plastic. The paint is in really good condition. The little bear has "googly eyes" that are clear and not cloudy. The brush hooks into the pan and stays on so you can wall-mount this in a handy place.
The brush has been cleaned and one side came out whiter than the other... please refer to photos. This is a nice item to have handy for kids to use at home, for office, workshop or car, etc.
