This is a 1990s Josef's Original figurine featuring an angel dressed in a pale blue and white gown trimmed in gold. She is holding a baby girl dressed in a white and pink christening gown. Under the baby is a banner with the words Baby's Christening.
The bottom has an impressed APPLAUSE mark with a copyright symbol. There is a gold paper tag that reads:

SIZE: This music box is about 5 3/4" and 6 1/2" tall.
BACKGROUND: I recently bought a number of things from the estate of a neighbor who had several thousand figurines (including several hundred owls), many figural boxes and paperweights, and huge glass and china collections from many different makers.
