If item is defective or not working on arrival, please let us know within 7 days after receiving the product. Returned item has to be new, unused in its original condition. Please repack it carefully. Returned items will be checked and if found defective, the buyer will be shipped a new replacement item immediately, free of charge, without any additional cost of shipping. If the item is not found defective, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyer expense.
