The r8653 brushless 7-1/4" circular saw is blade right so make sure you are comfortable with the blade on the right. If you need the lifetime warranty you have to buy from Home Depot and do the paperwork. No charger included...........You see my return policy. I chose it because it is the closest to "returns not accepted" which I used in my last 2 years on the other site. But most sellers and buyers these days know "Final" is not true.
