This is a pair of new with tags Speedo Axcelerate Shorts.  They are size small and in excellent condition.  The color is Java Brown.   The shorts have a drawstring waist and white piping.  They are made of 84% cotton and 16% polyester.  Some approximate measurements: Waist-30", rise-8", inseam-1".
