We have distribution centers in California, Missouri, and New Jersey. Customers who live in those states will also be subject to Sales Tax.

Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous states. We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Internationally.
You will be responsible for any charges that may occur due to having incorrect shipping information.
Once payment is received, your item(s) will ship out within the specified time mentioned in the listing. Your tracking number will be displayed in your “Purchases Account”. If tracking does not appear , please use your tracking number on the specified carrier’s website for tracking information. If you do not receive tracking information, please let us know.
All shipments are insured and are properly protected either by being boxed or crated.
Please inspect your item(s) when they arrive for damage. Item(s) that are signed for in “Good Condition” will be the buyer’s responsibility. If an item arrives damaged it can be “Refused” otherwise “Damaged” Needs to be noted on the BOL (Bill Of Lading)
Once a damage claim has been submitted and details verified, your purchase will be fully refunded. If you are returning an item, a restocking fee will apply. All returns must be approved by LQD Management prior to returning.
All of our items are covered with a MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY. If you need additional parts and/or accessories, we can order them for you.? Please allow additional shipping time.
