This is the vintage stoneware "Nancy" Poppet from Metlox and Designer Helen Slater...Made in California. She measures approx 6 1/2" tall x approx 4 3/4" across at base and is in good pre-owned condition with no chips or cracks. There are three evenly spaced tiny holes in on shoulder and two in her dogs eyes that are part of the figure and not sure if they are to hold flowers or what the purpose is but they are colored inside so I assume they are part of the design - also has original owner's name and price she paid written on bottom.
