Please note all of our hard drives are Triple wiped using DoD 5220.22-M standards, all partitions will be “wiped/gone”  and you'll need to initialize the hard drive once when plugged into the system.
To do this:
You can go to "Control Panel" -> Administrative Tools -> Computer management -> Storage -> Disk Management.
Then find the hard drive that's not being initialized.
Right click on the drive and select initialize.
Once the drive is initialized, you will need to create a partition.
When you finished, the system will format the drive and it will be come usable.
