We guarantee all Items in "NEW" or "USED" condition against defects With a 30 Day Warranty for 30 days from the date of the delivery on all products except for items listed in "FOR PARTS OR NOT WORKING" Condition, these are AS-IS No returns for Warranty. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Contact us first before shipping items back. All returns must be 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging. All packing materials, manuals, diskettes, CDs, digital media, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation must be included. Thank you.

Cancel Policy: Our items are processed immediately upon receipt of your order. These items are picked and pulled from our facility and immediately begin being processed for shipment. As such, once an order has been placed, we are generally unable to cancel the order
Unwanted Returns: Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Merchandise must be in the unused condition only and in original unopened retail packaging.
Refused Delivery: Returns falling under this category will be treated as "Unwanted Returns", consequently they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery.
Defective Items: A customer must notify us within 30 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number & a Prepaid Fedex Ground Shipping Label. We test all items claimed defective upon return and if found to be in working condition, a 20% restock fee will apply & the cost of the shipping label. All items claimed defective must be returned to be tested for the defect before a refund is issued or an exchange is sent at no cost to the buyer.
Compatibility: Please make sure the Model Number: SH103S3/120G and Manufacturer Part Number: SH103S3/120G is what you are looking for, All sales are Final, NO refunds will be given for compatibility issues or Buyer's remorse e.g you purchased wrong part number or item purchased is not a compatible replacement. Serial Numbers: We record all the serial numbers of items sold and check our databases for a serial number match for all returned items.
If your question is of a technical nature or deals with compatibility (ie. "Will this work with my....."), or "is this item compatible with windows 7 or windows 10" please use the internet to look up the specifications or owner's manual of the item in question. Please DOUBLE CHECK to make sure that the item will work with your application, voltage (110/2220V) and that you have the capability to install, set up, and operate the item. This is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Items Containing Batteries
ALL batteries are sold AS-IS with no guarantee of functionality, capacity, or runtime unless otherwise specified. If an item contains a battery, the battery is sold AS-IS, even if the item itself is guaranteed against DOA. In some cases, this may mean that you have to replace the battery before you can use the item.
