Returns with KKL Sales are simple. If there is a problem with your item just let us know and we will setup return shipment for a full refund. As long as the item doesn't have physical damage it will be accepted.

Buyers Remorse & Returned Packages
We understand, it happens - and it's OK. If you refuse your order, or are unavailable and it is returned to one of our fulfillment centers you will be given a full refund upon it's return minus the actual shipping charges.Open returns may have a restocking fee.
All in stock U.S. orders with payment received by 2:00pm eastern time will ship the by the next business day. Business days are considered Monday through Friday and exclude all major U.S. holidays and any days that our carriers do not ship.
All orders shipping to the continental United States are shipped to you for no charge via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail or First Class service. While we do ship free to the 48 continental United States, at this time we are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii or any US Territory.
Package Refusals and Undeliverable Orders
Any shipment that is refused or undeliverable will be refunded minus our actual shipping charges once we have received it back.
