Game has been tested on my person Equipment and loads up and plays with no issues. Game Disc will be resurfaced before shipping when ever possible.

Possible signs of being used included but not limited to the following possibilities.

cracked/damaged cases.

water damage on the slipcover and manual.

minor scratches OR Fingerprints on the disc.

Digital Download codes are not included, since the item you are buying is used they have most likely already been used.

Local pickup is Cash only, If you pay online and select local pick up your order will be canceled. 24 hours notice is required for local pickup as I work Graveyards at my Full-time job and I am not available during the day most of the time so to a changing schedule

Letter mail (UNTRACKED) shipping is offered within Canada Only on some items. Please note letter mail shipping does not include tracking or postal insurance. Your order will be sent at your own risk. If you need peace of mind please use the Tracked shipping option. I reserve the right to Cancel your order if your  feedback has red flags or gives me concern that you are dishonest and a possible scammer.

Customs (Import Fees) are the sole obligation and liability of The buyer. Generally, the delay or failure delivery is sometimes caused by the policy of different customs.

If for any Reason your package arrives Damaged please Photograph the package before opening and also photograph the contents as these photos may be required for the shipping insurance. DO NOT THROW AWAY THE PACKAGE or its contents until we resolve any shipping mishaps. With the Insurance company as you may need to take it to a local claim center. If you throw any of the packaging away it may void the shipping insurance.

Orders get picked every Wednesday of the week

I do this in order to be able to give Competitive shipping prices for all Tracked shipping, my couriers office is a 3 hour round trip on the bus and has a cost of $6 per trip with Translink here in Vancouver.

Free shipping does not include Tracking or postal insurance.

1. Our listing price includes the value of good and, packaging cost.

2. Import duties, taxes,  are not included in the item price or shipping fee.

3. The import duties are the buyers' responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to your purchase.

4. All disputes arising from the import duties will be submitted to for a resolution.

5. I use ChitChats Express as my sole shipping solutions provider, they allow me to ship orders cheaper than using Canada Post Directly. I Pass those savings on to you, the buyer.

6. I ship orders out Using a variety of Shipping companies thanks to ChitChats. They allow me to use a variety of Shipping Companies including but not limited to FedEx, UPS, USPS, Canpar, Canada Post, Asendia Post, and Purolator.

7. By Default, all orders will ship out from ChitChats Express in Vancouver BC Canada Orders heading to the USA or overseas will go through Blaine Washington USA with UPS or USPS.

8. Buyer is responsible for paying for Return shipping to our office in Vancouver BC Canada Returns from the USA can ship the Return to our USA PO Box in Blaine Washington in order to Save on Return Shipping.

Order must be returned within 30 days of the item showing as delivered, must be returned back in the same Condition with the same contents it was Originally Shipped with. No Returns on factory sealed lego sets or polybags that have been opened, damaged or tampered with. 

ALL items are well Documented (Photo/Video) before Shipping out in order to Better combat all the Bad Users.

Buyer is solely responsible for paying any and all Border related charges like import and customs or Broker fee’s If we get charged an import fee on your return it will get deducted from your refund.  

Please Note that my Courier has a Handling fee of $6.00 Canadian to pickup and return any packages sent to our PO Box in Blaine Washington USA and bring them back to Vancouver BC Canada.

No returns on purposely damaged items or items with missing parts. Remember We Document all orders before shipping.

Please Refer to the scan of the video slip cover for Region Code, if a scan is not currently available please feel free to Request one and I will update the listing.

The below World Map is Colour coded for easier Reading, it Illustrates What Region each Region code and Video Format (NTSC/PAL)  is for. Please only order a Movie that is compatible with your personal equipment. Refer to your equipment manual for details.

If you are in say Region 1(North America with playback format of NTSC) and you order a movie from say Region 2(Europe with video format of PAL) it will not work in your Equipment, unless your personal equipment is compatible. 

Some Computer programs Like VLC Media player should have no issue playing it back but your internal dvd rom drive. Please be aware the internal drive may be Region locked,
