Beautiful plate from CT Altwasser .  There is a tiny divet in the front of the plate by a white flower … hard to tell unless you really look hard.   Gold around plate shows a wear. small flea bites on counter rim on the back of the plate.   See pictures please.  Decorated with Pink Roses.  Raised white paint for added detail.  Great Color with Gold trim on brim.  5 13/16" in diameter.  There is a number 22477 and 86 printed on the back of the plate.
