This vintage circa 1960s Fostoria heavy Ruby Red Rambler Vase stands 8 7/8 inches tall and 4 inches in diameter.  It has a beautiful design, is footed and also is quite heavy.

This came from a deceased relative’s collection of things, many of which she used every day, others only on special occasions and still others just for decoration.  She was particularly fond of Ruby Red in all its patterns including all Royal Ruby patterns offered by Anchor Hocking.  

Her stuff has been in storage since the early 1980s when she had her first stroke.  We will be offering items from her collection as we work through the boxes.  She had a huge collection of Ruby Red.  Her mother-in-law (our grandmother) collected Forest Green.  They had a few differences but between the red and green it always felt like Christmas.
