Ingredients / tablet (1070 mg): 400 mg powder of dried Valerian roots (Valeriana officinalis), 100 mg powder of dried lavender flowers (Lavandula angustifolia), 100 mg powder of dried aerial parts of Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), 40 mg of licorice root extract (Glycyrrhiza glabra), corn starch - filler, pumpkin fruit powder - Cucurbita pepo - dye, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose - emulsifier, honey - sweetener and talc - glazing agent.

Product made by combining plants with synergistic activity, with a complex content of bioactive substances with specific actions on the central nervous system and the cardiovascular system.

- intervenes favorably in sleep disorders, in states of restlessness and anxiety, irritability;

- beneficial effect in digestive disorders on a nervous background;

- contributes to the recovery of the body after prolonged periods of physical and mental overwork accompanied by disturbances in the induction and quality of sleep;

- gives the body a state of well-being, peace and calm that facilitates the induction of physiological sleep, and on waking from sleep without the existence of a state of fatigue, mental slowness or hangover.
 

The product is well tolerated, has no contraindications and, in the recommended doses and methods of use, is not addictive and has no side effects.

Instructions for use:

Adults: 1-2 tablets in the evening, 2-3 hours before bedtime, for a maximum of 6 weeks or on the recommendation of a specialist; it can be resumed after a break of at least 30 days.

Children aged between 5 and 12 years: ½ tablet in the evening, before bed in states of agitation or increased emotion, only on the recommendation of the specialist.

Not recommended for drivers and / or equipment (the product favors the installation of sleep, decreased attention, reflexes and the power of concentration).

The product is a dietary supplement and should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
