Missing accessories and parts. Not all of the people are original to the set. The mailman is actually the airport helicopter pilot. The phone booth is missing as well as the umbrella table. The doctor has moderate scratches, the boy's cap's bill is damaged and the green car's windshield is scratched. The box has wear such as some tears on the flaps and stains in spots.
