1950s pattern for Betsy Wetsy or Tiny Tears (It says so on the back of the pattern) in the 11 1/2" size.  Pattern is cut & complete, instructions are copied from another identical pattern with original instructions, Comes in a zip type bag to keep everything together.
Not for the finished items, only the pattern to make them.
