It is recommended that you take around 400mg - 1600mg per day (1:50 Extract) in order to get the benefits from "TongKat Ali", so don't waste your money on Lower Extract products. A lot of the products being sold are chipped root 1:1 non-extracted products or lower 1:5 Extracts so you would have to take a huge amount of that stuff to do you any good.

A word about "Extract Ratios" (1:50, 1:100, 1:200). It has to be a high- quality "Tongkat Ali" product, to start with, or it doesn't matter how high the "Extract Ratio" is. Remember that 100% of nothing is still nothing. The higher extracts of a low-quality product will yield a slightly better low-quality product. Therefore, you have to start with a high-quality product first before the Extraction process begins. The Indonesian "Tongkat Ali" sold here is always a High-Quality Product. Until the higher "Extract Ratios" come down in price, the 1:50 Extract is the best value for the money.
