Spare / Replacement Quick Release Plate for the 3rd Generation Vivitar VPT-2457 tripod.

Important NOTE: Vivitar has THREE DIFFERENT VPT2457 tripods (yeah, it's crazy but that's the way it is).
This is for the 3rd Generation version only.
The way to tell is by measuring the receiver well (where the plate is inserted into). This one must measure 44mm wide in the opening.
If your Vivitar VPT-2457 tripod receptacle measures smaller than this, you need a different plate! If it measures approximately 38mm or 1 1/2 inches), then you have the 2nd Generation version.

If your receptacle width measures even smaller (approx. 35mm wide), you have a 1st generation. Please contact us as we are working on a replacement plate for this.
