Up for sale is this Bell & Howell 08M3 12 Band Receiver Portable Radio Tested Works 

Tested and working - I don't know much about the different bands, but the unit has power and I tuned in my local radio station and was able to listen. Scuffs and scratches from use. Batteries not included.
