Post Office only in existence for 82 years. Postmarked on October 27th. Postmarked on the reverse from the Transit Post Office (PO) of Wheeling, VW (Ohio County) (in existence from 1874) on the same day and the receiving PO of Philadelphia, PA (Philadelphia County) (in existence since 1775) on October 28th. Letter sent to Martha S. Gould for Jacob Maule in Philadelphia. In fine condition, no major flaws. Will be sent in plastic protective sleeve. Thank you for your interest Click Images to Enlarge
