Everyone makes mistakes from time to time (were not immune to it either) and ends up ordering the wrong part. In the event this happens we will depending on each individual circumstances take the part in question back. That’s why we ask that if you are not sure of the part needed to please ask ahead of time prior to ordering. Allow us to check as we are looking up parts everyday and the majority of the time, we know it off the top of our heads.

We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee and you will loose the original cost to ship it to you (even with the free shipping option of over $100.00…it still costs us to ship it to you) and you will have to pay the cost to ship it back. We reserve the right to reject any and all returned parts depending on condition.

Exceptions:

(i) If you send a part back that is not in its original packaging and or shows wear or damage…please don’t expect a refund.

(ii) If it is electrical in nature

(iii) If it is a special order item…even our manufactures won’t take them back

(iv) If you send back you’re your old part in our new package…don’t laugh, it happens more often than you think.
