These are (“Sensational Treasures”, “we” or “our”) Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the Sensational Treasures website.

Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
Any product not purchased from Sensational Treasures
Any product including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
Any product that exhibits physical damage
Any furniture that is returned non-defective or with visible signs of use to Sensational Treasures, will be refunded less any shipping charges. In the event that you do receive a product that is defective, you will still be responsible for any return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable and we offer no refunds:
*Undergarments and other intimate apparel.
*Perfumes and Fragrances.
*Swimwear that has been worn, used, or has tags/liners removed.
*Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, and cassette opened or taken out of the plastic wrap.
*Specially labeled designer apparel, handbags and accessories once security tags are removed.
*Other select items, as noted on the product description page.

You should be certain that the item you are purchasing will fit your needs. Ensure that the dimensions, aesthetics and utility of the product is what you need before placing your order. RETURNS- Please contact us within 3 days for return authorization. All items must be unopened, unused, in the original packages, with all original paper work inside, insured and in the condition it was delivered in. All returns or cancelations are subject to a 35% restocking fee. As soon as your order has been returned and inspected and has been processed you will be credited for the purchase price of the items returned minus the restocking fee and or shipping costs to the buyer. Buyer pays for return shipping. No cancelations or partial refunds accepted. No Partial refunds if you find it cheaper somewhere else after the purchase. No Buyers Remorse returns accepted. Please email us for instructions and where to return your order. Damaged or missing parts – Merchandise- If you received an item that is damaged or you are missing parts you must email us immediately.
