Items received after the deadline will be donated to charity, and no refund will be issued. Any item shipped without a Return Authorization Code will receive store credit. Products damaged in transit. Should any package show damage upon delivery, or if the contents are broken or damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. The carrier will then send a refund to you.

Buyer lists “Not as Described” as the reason for return. Unless a listing description is grossly inaccurate, we will not accept any returns listed as “Not as Described.”

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. Shipping costs are not refundable.
