Returns Policy:
(Please ensure your carry is insured and provides tracking as standard to our terms and conditions)
Unhappy with your purchase and Product or if you change your mind about the Product when you receive it you can notify us any time within 30 days and return it for a full refund at your own cost. The Product must be in the original packaging and undamaged. Please understand products require restocking and for resale.
Damage to the packaging may result in a partial refund as it will reduce the sale price of the stock.
Any refunds will be made within 30 days of receiving your returned item. Customers must cover the cost to replace the article, and your initial delivery charge will not be refunded. Eligibility for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and your item must be in the original packaging.
Returning Sale of Goods to us:
7WS-Wholesale may at its absolute discretion, though it shall in no case be obliged, allow the return of goods by you within 30 days from the date of the purchase of the products that you wish to return.
If 7WS-Wholesale exercises its discretion to allow you to return goods, it shall apply in all cases upon refunding you for returned goods be entitled to retain a handling charge equal to 15% of the sale price of the returned goods.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Damaged on Delivery:
If there’s a problem with the parcel, the damage has occurred in transit. Please contact us via email within 48 hours. We can then arrange to have the item or part thereof replaced. If your item arrives damaged, it will be collected and replaced at our cost. If you would prefer to cancel the order and return it for a full refund, then you can do so within 48 hours and return label or postal collection will be arranged.
Please ensure that you are available for the collection by postal service, this will only delay returns and refunds and incur costs.
Faulty Goods:
Any items found to be faulty on delivery should be notified to us by email within 14 days. Starting the day after delivery, if the item is defective within 12 months, you can return it for repair or replacement.
We will provide you with a returns label or collection service.
Your Rights to Cancel Unsuitable Goods:
Orders cancellation must be 14 days from the day after the date of delivery. If you wish to cancel, you must inform us via email within 14 days of the receipt of the goods. You have 14 days to return items. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days after we receive the item back at our warehouse.
Please Note:
The 14 days’ notice period required to cancel goods starts on the day directly following the date the goods were delivered. The customer is to be responsible for the cost of postage when returning the item.
If we have the goods collected by our couriers, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of the return shipping from any applicable refund
• Customers are solely responsible for the products until they reach the designated return area and have been signed for by a member of the 7WS-Wholesale Branch.
• Customers must take “reasonable care” of the goods shipped for returning them to7WS-Wholesale Branch.
• All purchase’s returned must be in the same condition they received in, with all applicable packaging and paperwork provided by the manufacturer.
• Items purchased for return must not be opened or used in any way.
• Above terms and conditions are mandatory for all cancelled orders.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please refer to shipping policy.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we have provided you with a returns label.

Notification of Defects and Return of Goods:
7WS-Wholesale is a B2B wholesaler, and we also provide tools and hardware, fixtures, and fitting to the general public via mail order. Our prices are competitive to offer wholesalers and online business.
Please note that when you purchase goods from 7WS, 7WS excludes (as far as permitted by law) any implied warranty, condition or other terms as to quality and fitness for purpose.
You must inform 7WS-Wholesale of any alleged defect in or damage to the goods within two days from the date of actual collection or (where the alleged defect or damage was not apparent upon a reasonable inspection) within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect or damage. Any such notice must specify the alleged defect or damage and must afford 7WS-Wholesale a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods in question.
7WS-Wholesale must be notified of any defect or damage to goods and agrees that such products are defective or faulty.
7WS will (at its option) rectify the defects or fault. Replacement any such goods can be credited to the invoice value of the products and any such rectification or replacement.
Credit will be in full and final satisfaction of any claim by you and 7WS shall have no further liability for any loss or damage arising from the defect or fault relating to such goods.
Any damage to the goods shall be deemed to have occurred after purchase unless you prove to the contrary.
You may not claim in respect of the goods if you have mixed the products with other products or materials (whether supplied or sold to you by 7WS). Claims are subject to any manufacturing process by or on your behalf and 7WS shall be conclusively deemed to have complied with its obligations concerning the supply of such goods.
They must be ventilated for a minimum of 24 hours before shipment and sealed. Safety of delivery personal is paramount and enforcing. We will not accept delivery on driver instructions.
Supplier Guarantees:
To improve customer service, 7WS-Wholesale has worked with suppliers to provide manufacturers’ customer helplines. These numbers are available upon request.
If required, we provide you with a helpline for the brands purchased.
Do not contact or return the Product to 7WS as the manufacturer will have has agreed to be responsible for the repair of any faulty goods and will be able to assist you when you contact the appropriate manufacturer’s customer helpline. If an issue arises with the 7WS Wholesale will support and help.
Helplines from Manufacture:
The serviceable guarantee is also known as In-House service. After the stated period any fault will be dealt with by your nearest service centre, either at their premises where applicable, or your home for larger appliances, as stipulated by the manufacturer.
