i love the pendant it works, it is very beautiful more so than in the picture, i felt energy as soon as i touched it.

seller refunded money after non-response. horrible service. felt ripped off when I purchased for help. therefore, cannot state that the product is good or bad....simply never heard anything except refund after 5 days

i bought the illuminate pendant in October and later i bought the custom cast pendant. it looked very cheap and crude, and it didn't do what the seller promised/guaranteed that it will do. i feel so cheated and i just feel stupid/pathetic for falling for this bait. i even called the seller but he wont't pick my call. i emailed the seller asking him to tell me why the pendant has no energy/spell that i could feel after 2 months of use. the seller did not reply or acknowledge my mail. is this what humanity has become. and i am suprtised/confused to see all the stellar reviews (5 stars)that this seller has. am i different or is the sller just indifferent. did i do something wrong or did the spell loose its potency on transit from the post office. the one that hurt the most is the silence treatment from the seller as if he didn't take my money. beware of all those five stars. when its too good to be true, then it maybe false. caveat emptor. what a poetic injustice
