Dragonbane caught my eye about 6 months ago at a flea market and I really enjoyed the action, romance, intrigue,etc. When I went back to the flea market recently, no more were available so I purchased this set. I have read every night since they arrived and have completed 3 already.
Definitely would recommend. The author has done an exceptional job of keeping her readers wanting more!
Lovely collection of the adventures of sweet and resourceful Katy Duck - my 6 year old niece loves it!
My mom, a mystery buff, turned 86 last month. She lives in elder housing where no one is allowed in. Mom has agreed to let us do her shopping, thank goodness. But the isolation seemed to be wearing on her. Regarding the books, below is a copy & paste from the email she sent me:
“I've already read four of the delightful books and am going to start the fifth immediately! I'm learning a lot about teas with great interest and enjoyment and have already made one of the recipes: sweet potato muffins! Yum Yum! Thank you again - you've kept me from a severe case of ennui!”
The books were in new condition and arrived ahead of the promised date. My grandson loved them.
