AAA +++ Everything and more than expected!!
Like the watch lite weight don't know you're wearing it. Big concern screen can crack very easily highly recommend a screen protector. If you drop the watch it tends to land on its side and crack. Fit Bit won'repair. Happen to me twice 2nd time the screen protector cracked but watch was fine.
I bought this for my wife to replace her Blaze. She is impressed with the additional functions and features that allow her to link to her phone. Another nice feature was the ability to use the bands from her Blaze with it.
Very satisfied with this purchase! I was worried it wouldn’t be what was specified. When I opened it , the Fitbit was perfect condition! No scratches or defects and I am very please with this purchase!
I wear it every day & it stays charged for about 3 days so it’s great! I use it for all my workouts & I like that I can view my text messages if there is an emergency while I’m working. Highly recommend!
Since I bought just the pebble I didn't get any kind of instruction manual but there is good information available on the fitbit webaite. Pretty intuitive to use. Really like the look and the many features available.

Great monitor. Simple to use. Battery life is longer than expected based on reviews. I am easily getting 4-5 days out of a charge. On that same note, charging is super fast!

I ordered a charger and bands at the same time as the purchase, so I could use it right away. Fitbit picked it right up, and it works great!
It is a great watch, just looses charge in 3 days as opposed to the 4 days it is supposed to.

It does everything it says it will do. It's easy to use and keeps you focused on fitness as well as food, weather, music and it even tells time. Cool watch!

Product came as advertised, and has been a great gift for my wife! She absolutely loves the customizable features and was extremely surprised when it arrived!
I wish I would have done more research on smart watches because it cannot have it's own service but I love the features it does have. Fitbit special edition can read & respond with premade responses within a short distance of your phone, you can answer & converse calps with an earpiece, set alarms, set goals, compete with other Fitbit users, plus more. I would refer to fitbit website to compare fitbit wearables.

This is now the second Fitbit unit only I've bought and they have both worked great. The new Versa is amazing my favorite Fitbit so far that I have owned.
I was skeptical at first because it’s such a good deal but I am super happy with my product and got everything exactly as described.

I would have liked to know how to put this watch together before I received it in 3 pieces, but it was very easy to figure out and do! This watch is fabulous, looks so cute, and I love the graphics on it when I reach my step goals. The watch face is like gorilla glass and is very durable so far; with lots of daily movement it still hasn't gotten scratched. The customizing the watch face is fun, and I love getting texts and call alerts at my wrist instead of having to check my phone. The peach/gold color is so cute.
Dark colored clothing/jackets does rub off a little onto the edges of these light colored rubber-like bands, but it is supposed to wipe off with a soapy cloth. In addition, I wish there were more auto text replies available on the watch to respond to texts with (the list is short and of brief replies).
All in all, I haven't ever been a watch person, but I love this FitBit Versa and want to wear it all the time now.
Ordered this as a gift for my mother and she absolutely loves it. Water proof feature is great as well and the colors are perfect.
I got exactly what I hoped to get -- a brand-new Fit Bit Versa to track swimming exercise at a fraction of the cost. Since this only the watch face, I purchased three bands, two protectors and two chargers separately, and it STILL cost much less than buying directly from Fit Bit.
The FitBit Versa was easy to set up and has a great battery life. You can change the screen to fit your personality with as little or as much info as you'd like. You can also respond to text messages etc.

I have had every Fitbit version so far back from when the zip first launched. The Versa I'd the perfect evolution of everything I loved Anne everything that was needed.

Just what I wanted. Works great and allows for other bands to be put on it. I swapped out the pink band for black because my clothes were staining the pink band. Definitely recommend

This was a perfect gift for my daughter's 11th birthday. It looks exactly like an Apple watch without the expense. She isn't able to reply to text messages, but she can read them.....she doesn't have a phone yet, but an iPod.

At first I was a little scared ordering from a site I'd never heard of. I had been wanting a fitbit versa for almost a year now. Then I came across this website. For about a month before I finally ordered one. I kept looking at other websites seeing if I could find something else. I wasn't finding anything as far as pricing goes like I did from here. Finally I ordered it. It was 6 day to get it in the mail(this was for the band). Then the next day I seen it was sent to my local post office, but that they wasn't going to deliver it until the following day. Instead I took my tracking # to them and got it the same day as the band. I will say that I do wished it would all come together in one package. I would recommend someone to this site who's looking for the same thing as I was.

Love the tracker but dont like now the band attaches. Not easy to change bands
My daughter is a Type I diabetic and wears a CGM (continuous glucose monitoring system) as well as a continuous infusion pump for insulin. This watch wirelessly links to this watch to enable her to read her blood glucose values straight from the face of the watch. She doesn’t need to look at her insulin pump screen or her phone anymore. This has simplified her life in school because with a glance at her wrist instead of pulling out her phone or removing her pump from its clip to read the pump’s screen she can efficiently and discretely keep an eye on her blood glucose levels. This is a huge blessing!
Love my Versa, but the customer service revised by Fitbit is severely lacking
The Versa synchronizes to the app with ease. It's easy to use and does a great job tracking fitness, sleep, heart rate, female cycles, meals and water intake. The battery lasts several days and the app overs various clock faces to easily download. I highly recommend this Fitbit.

Product will not take a charge, any time I try to plug it in, it says 0%. It will not turn on at all. I have tried 2 different chargers with the same result. While the product you receive may be ok, just be aware that you may receive a faulty product as well.
Came in no problem, watch works great and connected to my phone fast! Battery lasts a long time, which I love! Highly recommend.

Its been a month and not an issue
The Fitbit versa 2 I bought was as the vendor described. I was very surprised. I’m not sure if this is a refurbished item or how it came to be so inexpensive. About 1/2 off retail. I had to buy a charger and bands, but was planning to anyway. Happy customer!
The watch works great! It is the watch only, I ordered bands and a charger elsewhere and saved a bundle. Would recommend!

It's very accurate, I have been wearing a galaxy watch for years so it was bit of a change for me. I haven't mastered the apps yet and just have one person on my buddy list to challenge, but it does e courage me to walk more. I can also find more local accessories for it, which is always a plus.
