Great liquid vitamin

Item is fine just about half the size of original capsule. Easy to swallow, great for the eyes.

I don’t go a day without taking these. Just keeps me regular, no bloating when i take them & my digestion is soooo much better on them. There is a noticeable difference if I forget to take them for more than a day.
