Awesome seal. Headgear was a little tight to start even in the large but with use it got much better.
Would recommend to anyone who prefers nasal pillows.

I had been using the dreamwear by Philips Respironics mask with my resmed airsense 10 machine since I got in 2016. I have a small head and could even with the dreamwear smaller size I couldn't get a good fit. I saw this small frame from Resmed and gave it a try. It fits me perfectly. It has face covers built-in on the sides also. I purchased another already.
