Item description

A Butterick 3879…a Misses’ Nightshirt, Bikini Briefs and Iron-On Transfers Sewing Pattern in Size Medium. The pattern is cut and all the pieces are there; the original seamstress started to cut the pieces out and then stopped. The Zodiac transfers are uncut. The instructions are there. The envelope is in very good condition with tanning and a tiny hole. The envelope flap is still attached. There is no copyright date but following the guide this pattern is 1974. The transfers are just outlines. This pattern is sized for moderate stretch knits. Pattern Description “Semi-fitted, slightly A-line nightshirt in two lengths has U-neckline, short sleeves, shaped hemline with side slits, and topstitch trim. Bikini briefs has elasticized edges. Permanent outline transfers included for zodiac symbols.” Size Medium: Bust 34 - 36”, Waist X, Hip X Don't miss out just because the sizing isn't quite right! Resizing a pattern is simple, instructions may be found here: How to resize a pattern! http://patternpatter.blogspot.com/p/vintage-sewing-resources.html http://sensibility.com/blog/tips/how-to-resize-a-pattern/ All patterns are vintage items and sold…AS IS. Although I maintain a smoke-free and a pet-free studio, I have no control over where items have been previously. I attempt to represent my goods as honestly as possible, but sometimes something will get by. If you have any doubts about an item, E-MAIL ME! I want to make sure that you will be pleased with your purchase. I will make a refund as merchandise credit; buyer pays for return shipments. Pattern comes in a zip 2 mil. plastic bag and is shipped in an envelope with a cardboard insert. The zip bag is great for storing the pattern! Please note that I count the pattern pieces unless factory folded, assess the pattern’s condition and press the pattern as necessary. You will never purchase a pattern from me with “It looks like it’s all there” or ‘Pieces need pressing’
