No Re-stocking Fees! We accept new, unused merchandise within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must not used on a ride. All returns must include the original tags, manual, accessories and product box.

To prevent shipping damage and scratches, place the helmet in helmet bag, open side down in the product box. Place the product box in a shipping box. For a full refund on the item and to prevent box scratches on the finish, do not use the product box as a shipping box.

Once delivered, please allow 1-3 business days to process your return. For credit cards, refunds usually appear in 1-4 business days. Debit cards usually appear in 2-9 business days. If you use your Paypal funds, credit typically shows within minutes.

Lost / Shipping Damage / Defective Items: Please notify us if your package is lost or damaged immediately or within 1 week. To expedite the claim process, please send us a photo of the damage. If there was shipping damage, send us photos of the damaged area and the damaged shipping box. You may also contact the carrier immediately to report a shipping damage.
