I either do money back or purchase exchange on returns. Item MUST be returned back to me within a week in as good condition as I sent it before I do the refund. If there is damage (from not packing carefully or correctly) when returned to me, there will be no refund! Absolutely NO refund if items are NOT returned to me or if damaged enroute because of customer bad packing methods!!
