    3.    Secure Packing: Pack your item securely in its original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Policy
   •   Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund status.
   •   If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
   •   Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Cancellations

   •   Once shipped, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation, but you may initiate a return upon delivery.
