Jewelry and Watches

• Jewelry and watch items with a value of $35 or more must be returned using a track-able shipping method.
• All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
• Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
• Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery won’t be accepted for return.

Returns

We understand at times shopping online can be a bit difficult. You may order something you thought was bigger or smaller or a different color… each computer screen shows color differently.

If you would like to exchange the item you purchased, it is very easy; simply email us to let us know what you would like to exchange the item for, mail the exchange item back and we will ship the new item to you.

If the return is due to an error by us or the item arrived defective, we will send you a pre-paid label to pick up the item and will replace it.

We offer a 30 day happiness guaranty, if for any reason you are not happy with your item, we will happily refund your money, less shipping fees. If you qualified for free shipping and the item is returned we refund your money less the fees it cost us to ship the item to you, originally.

Package the returns in the wrappings it came in, print out the label with the RA (return authorization approval), and let us know you have shipped the item back with the tracking number. After receiving your item, if this is an exchange, your new item will be sent out the next business day. If it is a return, it will be logged in, paperwork processed, condition of return documented with video, and your refund processed in approximately five days time.

Tips: We do take great effort in including the sizes of items, so if you are concerned about the item being too large or too small, you can make a template with our measurements to see if this is what you are looking for. If the measurements are not included, feel free to email us and we will get them for you.

While a reason is not necessary for a return, we do ask for your opinion on the item you are returning. We rely heavily on our customers opinions, we do our best to carry only the best quality items.
