The size chart was hard to understand and required actual measurements - we ordered based off this chart and the sweatshirt was much too small. The company offered to replace it with a larger size. We ordered a medium hooded sweatshirt originally. The replacement was an xl without a hood. Not super impressed. Luckily my kiddo is not too picky and opted to keep the much too large xl.
