The last surviving title from the notorious and critically acclaimed EC Comics line, the magazine offers satire on all aspects of American life and pop culture, politics, entertainment, and public figures. Its format is divided into a number of recurring segments such as TV and movie parodies, as well as freeform articles. Mad's mascot, Alfred E. Neuman, is typically the focal point of the magazine's cover, with his faceoften replacing a celebrity or character that is lampooned within the issue. This is the stated Volume 1, Number 81 Edition from SEPTEMBER 1963. Other than a few small tears on the cover and some tiny dog-ears (no pig's feet!) from storage, the magazine is in very good condition. There are no rips, tears, markings, etc.---and the pages and binding are tight (see photo). **Note: All books listed as FIRST EDITIONS are stated by the publisher in words or number lines--or--only stated editions that include only the publisher and publication date. Paste Magazine Issue #7 Dec 03/Jan 04 Sarah McLachlan Cover

It's Paste Issue 7 with Sampler

The Paste Magazine samplers are great, and if you're trying to collect all of them, terrific. Seven doesn't stand out much, with only two tracks I'd like to hear over and over again. Of course, the magazine and music are dated. That's to be expected.
