Faucet was missing the pullout hose and the cover of hot/cold indicator. Since it had already been installed without realizing the hose was missing, sending it back was not an option, nor was reinstalling the leaky Moen that it was replacing. Trip to Lowe's was necessary. The soap dispenser is plastic as well as the pullout nozzle. The hot/cold indicator faces away from the sink which is a design flaw. Otherwise, it is a nice looking faucet and functions well.
