Product may be returned if item has been damaged in shipment at no additional costs. If you notice damage at the time of delivery please keep all original packaging to assist in claim filing. Contact us within 7 days with damage for Return Authorization so that we may replace your product quickly. Missing or damage to parts will be replaced at no charge.

Returns for products that have been shipped in accordance with the product order will incur a 15% to 25% restocking fee per manufacturer guidelines. Custom orders are not returnable. All returns require an RMA number and must be returned in their original packaging and in original and re-saleable condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping and refund will be in original form less original shipping and restocking fee.
