Item Description

The Button-Down Mind of BOB NEWHART Warner Bros. 1379??? 1393??? Read further down for explanation... Released 1960 (dated on front cover) The most celebrated new comedian since Attilla (The Hun)...according to the front of the cover. The record has some light scratches and surface marks. It plays good, I did hear some faint background noise once in a while. The cover is NOT in the best of conditions. The top and bottom seams are split, there is a lot of wear on the spine, yellowing, soiled stains, a name is written on the back, and a ring is forming. EXPLANATION: The front cover states the record number as 1379. On the back cover it states 1393. Front cover title "The Button-Down Mind of Bob Newhart" Back cover title "Bob Newhart the Button-Down Mind Strikes Back!" The track listing on the album: Abe Lincoln vs. Madison Avenue The Cruise Of The U.S.S. Codfish Merchandising The Wright Brothers The Krushechev Landing Rehearsal Driving Instructor (pilot script for a new TV series) Nobody Will Ever Play Baseball Track listing according to back cover: Automation and a Private in Washington's Army The Grace L. Ferguson Airline (And Store Door Co.) Bus Drivers School Retirement Party An Infinite Number of Monkeys Ledge Psychology Surely to goodness, Warner Bros. didn't do this on purpose...since I do listen to each record it messed with my mind when I thought I was listening to "Retirement Party" but was hearing "The Krushechev Landing Rehearsal".... But then again, it is comedy. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. 129
