Anyone else receiving error codes when viewing their items?

I already sent a ticket into support for this issue. I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing the problem.

When I click on any of my items from my booth, I am getting an error code instead of taking me to my item.

There was an error processing your request. We have been notified and will take a look shortly. For immediate assistance, please contact our support team and provide error code 3244d3ec-c6e1-4193-aa5a-09425a026e69.

Received a response and the problem was resolved within 4 hours! Thanks so much Bonanza team for the fix.

Good Day,

Thank you for your patience while tech worked to resolve the error. Please clear your cache, temp files and refresh the browser. The tech has indicated the issue is now resolved but clearing the cache and refreshing the browser will help ensure the error page is not displayed again in error.

It would appear that all listings are affected…. I’ve clicked on items from 4 different sellers with the same results. Batch edit of my own items doesn’t work either…. the only way to see my item is to go to ‘add/edit’ and then click on the listing.

mine is down also. finally get a sale and may lose it now because customer wanted asap. they asked a question i answered but they probably can’t get to item now – I can’t. way to go bonanza!

Yes, this happened just after 3:00 AM Eastern for me because I was working on some fan club listings and was able to download pictures but at 3:05 AM Eastern I was unable to go back and get links for pictures.

In addition, looks like booth stats are down for now. 0 projected for today so far and know better.

I do not have this problem. I can click on an item and go right to it. Tried it as a customer would and tried it in edit form.

My booth is fine so far too. Clicked on items in another booth also, and it went right to the item.
